We start with a FREE Disability Screen so you can determine if PEARLS is right for you, and we can determine if PEARLS will be beneficical you. A Disability Evaluation requires new information that is material to your service-connected impairments. When you are seeking an evaluation for Disability, a Nexus statement will be a part of the process.
